Shipping and Return Policy

This policy applies to all product purchases made through the Prime Barbershop website at https://www.primebarbershop.com. Please read it carefully before placing an order. If you have questions, contact us using our website contact form or by phone during business hours.

Quick Summary: Free shipping on orders over $100. Returns accepted within 14 days on unopened, sealed products in original packaging. Ships to the continental United States only.

1. Shipping
1.1 Processing Time

All orders are processed within 2–5 business days of payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed on the next business day. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

During high-demand periods (holidays, promotional events), processing times may extend slightly. If your order will be delayed beyond the standard window, we will notify you by email.

1.2 Shipping Methods and Rates
  • Free standard shipping on all orders of $100.00 or more (before tax).
  • Standard shipping on orders under $100.00: flat rate calculated at checkout based on weight and destination.
  • Expedited shipping options may be available at checkout at the carrier’s applicable rate.
1.3 Shipping Destination

We currently ship to the continental United States only. We do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, APO/FPO addresses, or international destinations at this time.

1.4 Delivery Estimates

Standard shipping typically delivers within 5–7 business days after the order has been processed and shipped. Expedited options, where available, deliver within 2–3 business days. Delivery estimates are provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed. Prime Barbershop is not responsible for carrier delays beyond our control.

1.5 Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking number. You can track your shipment directly on the carrier’s website. If you have not received a tracking email within 6 business days of your order, please contact us using our website contact form.

2. Returns
2.1 Return Eligibility

We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. We accept returns under the following conditions:

  • The return request is made within 14 calendar days of the delivery date.
  • The product is unused, unopened, and in its original sealed packaging.
  • The product has not been tampered with, used, or exposed to any substances.
  • The original receipt or order confirmation is included with the return.
2.2 Non-Returnable Items

The following cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Products that have been opened, used, or had their seals broken — for hygiene and safety reasons.
  • Products damaged after delivery due to customer handling.
  • Sale or clearance items marked as final sale at the time of purchase.
  • Gift cards.

We strictly enforce the unopened and sealed condition requirement. This policy exists to protect the health and safety of all customers and is consistent with industry standards for personal care products.

2.3 How to Initiate a Return

To start a return, contact us using our website contact form within 14 days of receiving your order. Include the following in your message:

  • Your full name and order number.
  • The item(s) you wish to return.
  • The reason for the return.

We will respond within 2 business days with return authorization and instructions. Do not ship items back without first receiving a return authorization — unauthorized returns cannot be processed.

2.4 Return Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is the result of our error (wrong item sent, defective product, or damaged in transit). We recommend using a trackable shipping method for returns. Prime Barbershop is not responsible for returned packages that are lost or damaged in transit.

2.5 Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process your refund within 5–7 business days. Refunds are issued to the original payment method used at checkout. Please allow an additional 3–5 business days for the refund to appear on your statement, depending on your bank or card issuer.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

2.6 Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges at this time. If you would like a different product, please initiate a return for the original item (subject to the conditions above) and place a new order.

3. Damaged or Defective Products

If your order arrives damaged or you receive an incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery using our website contact form. Include your order number and clear photographs of the damage or incorrect item. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you, including return shipping if applicable.

We take product quality seriously. If a product arrives defective or not as described, we will make it right.

4. In-Store Pickup

At this time, we do not offer in-store pickup for online product orders. Products purchased online are shipped only. Products may be available for purchase directly at the barbershop during business hours — please contact us to check availability before visiting.

5. Barbershop Services — No Refund Policy

This Return and Shipping Policy applies to physical product purchases only. Barbershop services — including all haircut, grooming, and shaving services — are rendered in-person and are not subject to refunds once performed. If you are unsatisfied with a service, please speak with us directly during or immediately after your appointment. We are committed to getting it right, and we will always make reasonable efforts to address any service concern.
