3.1 Booking Methods

Appointments at Prime Barbershop can be booked through the following channels:

  • Online via Booksy: Available 24/7 at our Booksy profile page. Booksy manages scheduling, confirmations, and reminders on our behalf.
  • By phone: During business hours. Phone bookings are confirmed verbally and via a follow-up text or email where contact information is provided.

Walk-in clients are welcome subject to barber availability. For specific barbers or peak time slots — particularly weekends — we strongly recommend booking in advance.

3.2 Confirmation

Your appointment is confirmed once you receive a booking confirmation via Booksy or by phone from our team. Please review your confirmation details — service, barber, date, and time — and contact us immediately if any information is incorrect.

3.3 Cancellations and Rescheduling

We understand that schedules change. We ask that you cancel or reschedule your appointment at least 24 hours in advance so we can offer that time slot to another client.

  • Cancellations made 24 hours or more before the appointment: No charge. You may rebook at any time.
  • Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment: May be subject to a late cancellation notice at our discretion, particularly for repeat occurrences.
  • To cancel or reschedule: Use the Booksy app or confirmation link, or contact us directly by phone during business hours.
3.4 No-Shows

A no-show is defined as failing to arrive for a confirmed appointment without prior notice. Repeated no-shows may result in a requirement to prepay or provide a deposit for future bookings, or in the suspension of online booking privileges at our discretion. We reserve the right to enforce this policy to ensure fairness to all clients and our barbers.

3.5 Late Arrivals

If you arrive more than 10 minutes late for your appointment, we may need to modify your service to fit the remaining time, or in some cases reschedule. We will always do our best to accommodate you, but we cannot guarantee the full service if significant time has been lost. Please plan to arrive a few minutes early, especially for first visits.

3.6 Service Satisfaction

Our barbers take pride in every service we perform. If you are dissatisfied with a service, please tell us before you leave or contact us within 24 hours of your appointment. We will make every reasonable effort to address your concern. Refunds are not offered for services already rendered, but we will always work to make it right.
